Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

1. These terms

This website is operated by ABB Cloud Tech Limited, trading as ABB Cloud Tech, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under number 749684, with its registered office at Cork, Ireland. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.

2. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully, or to break anyone else’s rights;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, or place unreasonable load on it.

3. Enquiries and projects

Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a contract. Any project is agreed separately, in a written proposal that sets out its scope, price and terms, and those terms govern the work.

4. Our content

Everything on this site — text, design, code and images — belongs to us or our licensors. You may read and share it. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without written permission.

5. What we do not promise

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content here is general information, not advice for your specific situation.

6. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

7. Links out

We sometimes link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
